Raw Material Acceptance : Automatic route management to silos for received raw material, silo code application and stock traceability are key elements of raw material acceptance stage.

Dosing : Dosing is the most important phase for economical and efficient production of recipe, Pi Automation dosing module contain, automatic silo swapping, unlimited silo and weigh scale option, automatic importing of pre-generated recipe(s).

Production : Product processed by hammer mill through mixer with liquid and premix addition, molasses dosing ,mixing time of recipe, premix and liquid and batch management is an important part of the process.

Pelletising : Pelletising is the key process of feed production which affects directly product quality, field performance(FCR) and durability. Pi Automation offers world-class solution to ensure pellet quality, durability and high rate of FCR. Process starts from Pelletiser Bin, go through the conditioner, steam and current values are automatically adjusted by control system. Expander, Boa compactor and hygieneser equipment can be integrated to pelletising line.

Bulk Outloading / Packing : On packing line, Pi Automation offers turn-key solution with high accuracy, fast filling rate, bag weight traceability option. We provide integrated solutions for bulk outloading with RFID technology based automatic dispatch system.
